Randy Starr

Welcome to the official Randy Starr web site. We will be adding more text and pictures to this site soon.
  • Randy Starr was a double "One Hit Wonder" in the fifties. He had a hit single as a vocalist on Dale Records with "After School" in 1957. He also whistled and played guitar on Mayflower Records as a member of The Islanders, who had a hit record of "The Enchanted Sea" in 1959. Randy was the co-writer of both songs and went on to write a dozen songs for Elvis Presley films in the sixties, including The King's hit single movie title song, "Kissin' Cousins."
  • We would be interested in any recollections you may have of the fifies and sixties, and we'd be happy to answer any questions you may have about that unforgettable "Golden Age" in the music business.
